Driving Directions
M50 Motorway Southbound:
Take Exit 13 Dundrum/Sandyford off the M50, take the first exit at the roundabout, take the second left at traffic lights, keep left at next lights. Turn right at Lamb Doyle’s pub. Follow this road for 1.5km until you see The Blue Light
M50 Motorway Northbound:
Take Exit 13 Dundrum/Sandyford off the M50, take the first exit at the roundabout, take next right at the traffic lights, continue straight through next cross roads, turn left at Lamb Doyle’s pub and follow this road for 1.5km until you see The Blue Light.

Dublin Bus 44B departs Dundrum Luas stop and drops you outside the door Monday to Friday.

LUAS & Walk
The closest LUAS stop is the Glencairn stop on the Green LUAS from the Centre City. Disembark at Glencairnand walk to Barnacullia via Village Road and Slate Cabin Lane. It takes approx. 40 minutes and please beware of traffic.
Woodland Walk
Walk from Stepaside Village to The Blue Light through the wood of Fernhill Gardens. The entrance to the path is through an old open gate at the bottom of the Burrow Road, close to the Bellarmine roundabout and 250 metres from Stepaside Village. Follow the woodland path kilometre through the mature woodlands. When you reach the main road, turn left and The Blue Light is 250 metres away.
Note, although it is a beautiful walk, it is not suitable for buggies and the pathway is not lit at night. The woodland walk from Stepaside takes approximately 25 minutes.
